The VOLKSLIFT Elevator has a long history of service in building and organizations of urban era since 1935. With its roots in Germany, Volkslift is a rapidly growing elevator manufacturer in Asia after the Joint Venture between the German VOLKSLIFT group and Huzhou Xunda Elevator back in 2003. Since 1935, prior German companies of VOLKSLIFT and ancestors of today’s Directors have established the company’s characteristics based on advanced industrial technologies and on Germany’s unique preference of perfect quality.
With the deep understanding of bilateral cooperation, both the partners have formed a coherent concept of elevator research, design, production and service. Through the development of global economic integration, German Volkslift adheres to its strategy and seeks long-term partners all over the world. In 2016, Schindler Group acquired shares in Volkslift, thus forming a joint venture with the company. The Swiss Multinational has currently acquired 25% of the shares with provision to buy further shares in the company.
